Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At Perfumecraftia, we are committed to delivering exceptional landscape design and hardscaping services that meet or exceed your expectations. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

Landscape Design Services

Our landscape design services include consultation, planning, and design development. If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts, we will work with you to revise the plans until they meet your vision, within the scope of the original agreement.

Installation Services

For hardscape installation and landscape renovation services, we ensure that all work is completed according to the approved design and industry standards. If any aspect of the installation does not meet the agreed specifications, we will address the issue promptly at no additional cost.

Materials and Workmanship

We warranty our workmanship and the materials we install according to the following terms:

• Workmanship: One year warranty on all installation labor
• Materials: Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used
• Plants: 30-day warranty on plant health with proper care
• Hardscape: One year warranty on structural integrity

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by improper maintenance or care
• Natural disasters or extreme weather events
• Damage caused by third parties
• Normal wear and tear
• Changes to site conditions after project completion

Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled landscape design or hardscaping project:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit, minus design fees if applicable
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date are non-refundable
• Once work has begun, cancellations will be charged for work completed and materials purchased

If you experience any issues with our landscape design or hardscaping services, please contact us immediately. We will schedule a site visit to assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

• Prompt response to your inquiry within 24 hours
• Site inspection to evaluate the issue
• Clear explanation of the problem and proposed solution
• Timely completion of any necessary corrective work
• Follow-up to ensure your satisfaction
